This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your
credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner. These details
are not passed back to the school. Payments can be made using either a
Visa or Mastercard credit or debit
When you access the MAKE A PAYMENT link you must enter all mandatory
fields including the student's name and date of
birth. For non-students/companies/business the current date can
be used in place of date of birth.
These details are required each time you make a payment as student/payee
information is not retained within the system. Consequently, all details
need to be re-entered, for subsequent payments for other
When paying for an excursion, please enter the excursion payment
description (reference number) as shown on the bottom of the excursion
You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment
before the payment is processed. You can print your own receipts or have
the receipt emailed to your email account. This gives you immediate proof
that you have paid for the item.
The next morning, details of the payments are passed to the school where
they will be matched against your child's account. As a receipt has been
issued from the payment page, a further receipt will not be issued by us.
If payments are made after 6.00pm or on the weekend, the
payment will take a further 24 hours to be passed onto the school.
